This thread is For Dodge Ram hemi Trucks and possibly other late model Dodges with the same O2s voltages.

When installing efie O2 enhancers one of the first things one needs to do is to check for not only which is the signal wire but also what type O2s you have. Not all O2s are compatable with the O2 efie enhancers offered at the present time. The wideband O2s and AFR sensors aren't compatable with narrow band type Effie enhancers.

This thread is for the Dodge owner that has tested their O2s and found that that voltage is different than most narrowband O2s on other vehicles.Dodge O2s use a different voltage that isn't the same as other narrowband sensors that use voltage ranging from 0-1vdc.The Dodge is still narrow band but uses additional voltage that can be easily mistaken for wideband.

Any narrowband O2 Effie can be used on these sensors with the same results as that of a 0-1vdc narrowband.Because you're simply adding voltage the same as a narrow band setup only Dodge voltages usually fluctuate between 2.5 and 3.5vdc(on the signal wire) which is the same as the 0-1 vDC narrowband.

Just remember you still just adding voltage to tell the ecm to lean the afr for mileage gains. One final note if you're tuning a Dodge with this set-up a map enhancer should also be used (Dodges are a pain to tune for hho)for the best mileage gains. The Dodge ecm will look at the O2s last but also use the data from the map sensors or to make its final decision of keeping the all important 14.7 to 1 afr.
