I finally found a 32. oz water bottle that says its a 1 liter bottle as well....
so you can use a 32 oz bottle as your 1 liter bottle for your LPM test....
 ...
to do the LPM test , simply run the output hose from the cell to a 5 gal bucket of water
... fill the 32 oz water bottle completely full of water  from the bucket,  stuff the hose from the Hydroxy cell in the 32 oz water bottle and turn the bottle so that the opening is facing down in the 5 gal bucket....
to start your test.... turn on the hydroxy cell and wait for the first bubble to appear in the 32 oz water bottle... soon as the first bubble appears start your stop watch and time it for 1 minute....
... if your bottle fills before the 1 minute time is up your generating more than 1 liter per minute
so you can half that time and do it again.... same empty bottle upside down in the bucket with the vinyl hose going to it from the cell... but this time, time it for 30 seconds...
... if your 3/4 full of HHO in 30 seconds  you'd multiply that by 2 for your LPM test  or 1.5 LPM
if its completely full at the end of that 30 sec you still multiply the results by 2 because of the shorter time so 1 ltr times 2 =2LPM
...in extreme cases if really high output you can use 15 seconds and then simply multiply the amount in the 32 oz bottle by 4 to make  liters per minute (LPM)
...

Here is the prototype Manta Measurer. I think you will be able to see how it works.
The picture are spread over three posts due to size limitation.

HAy Now ! that's fancy !
well done Manta !
...
you need a valve on the top of the 2liter bottle so you can let the gas out and re set for another test
otherwise you'll have to re fill the bottle and put it in there without spilling any !
....
they make plastic valves what would be perfect for that , just open the valve and push the bottle back down filling it with water again, till water comes out the valve , close the valve and your ready for the next test !
.... just a thought!
...
Well done  !
 I want one !  LOL!

I'll insert a 'T' piece in the pipe and plug/unplug one leg of it to allow for resetting.

Lots of other bells and whistles to add to in in the future.
