So you guys know what NOT TO DO....
here is a Pic of the 3 Randy cells I ran for a little over 3 months.
the reason they are so crudded up and barely producing any gas at all is because of 2 things
ONE.... I had regular Steel nuts in a few places in the cell they rusted quickly and contaminated the cells badly.... it is vital to the cell to use ALL Stainless steel!
TWO... I believe the cell got Hot enough to COOK the KOH into a coffee like color....from now on I will use Lemon-aid instead of KOH !

I did save these cells by soaking them in Muratic acid for 10 min and then blasting them with a high pressure garden hose... they were perfectly shinnie after that ! and ready to go!
