Small World................   Two downloads have helped me with my PMA building.

Bob,   Google:  Alternator Secrets pdf   &  Alternator Doctor pdf

Not sure if this one is the same as Daves.   Alternator Doctor is very very helpful.

Don't know if you guys caught this on BBC New24.

The German government has advised people not to use Internet Explorer 7 as it has some dangerous problems that allow access to your machine.

It is very unusual for a national government to issue such a warning.

I use Mozilla Firefox,  which seems to be safe.  Google Chrome is also said to be safe.

Oh yes.  Here is the link I used to get the booklet in case any one is having trouble.  Total cost to me was £4.20 That includes PayPal and postage in uK.  I initially got it from the Lister engine forum.

Hay Lee !
good to hear from ya !
Its ready to go actually... all I need is fuel and I can test it out...
the problem is EVERYTHING is soaking wet here... even the dry wood ! so I have to wait till it dries out enough to light something up that will DRY out the rest ! LOL !
My creek that is seasonal, and usually just a trickle is now about 15 ft across and ROARING!
we have had a bunch of rain here 3 stright weeks, possably 4.... I lost count! LOL
...
but I got the Woodgas burner ready to go... its not bolted to the truck bed yet but thats about all that needs done... I really made big improvements on it and I expect it should run the truck very well this time !
... strangely enough I find out it probably would have the way I had it... but I didn't have a good bed of charcoal in the grate to make it "CRACK" the gasses.... without that its just smoke! heheheh
but at least I learned that much ! HAHAHAHA!
