Is Bob Boyce's Cell "Overunity"?

I have a question for you fella's (gals too if we are blessed with any here!)
I have read a bunch on Bob Boyce's cell design and He gives much credit to his large output to his TUNED Frequancy PWM and the huge Toride coil he adds to the cell...
While I have dismissed these "inovations" at first much like the Joe Cells "Magnetic COILS"
because I cannot see where it will help in production.... Period.
...
but I got thinking about the numbers he has given 1200watts of power at 120vac rectified to 120vdc powering the cell with the special PWM that Resonates the cell, and he gets right at 41LPM from it.
this is a bit hard to believe...as it equates to 10 amps at 120v and using my old stand by of the 10:1 ratio that cell should produce 1LPM not 41LPM....
...
now granted his Special PWM will draw some power, and running the inverter will as well...but even adding the max that they could draw to the equation of 10 amps that's still only 20 amps
which would be only 2LPM instead of 41LPM... and honestly that is stretching it a bit too far
...<GRIN>
so what he is claming is actually "Over-Unity" is it not ? he's getting out More than he puts in....in terms of Power used and gas produced !
But I feel it is Possable to do this under the right conditions... and those conditions may well take the Resonant frequency of the cell to... as he so elequently put it, to "tickel the molicules appart"....HEHEHEHHEHE
....
if You think about it, there is an abundance of water molecules in the electrolyte so just about ANY LPM is possible, if you can find a way to brake up the molecules easily.
...
... and One Must wounder why when we put 2vdc on 2 plates at 10 amps in an electrolyte that why doesn't ALL the water Instantly turn into its gaseous parts.... why is it only a small amount changes ? shouldn't it ALL turn to gas at once because electrons move at the speed of light
...the plates should rip off all the loosely attached electrons in a flash ...and present you with an empty tank of water and a room full of Hydroxy gas !.... but it doesn't...WHY ?
...
Bob Boyce's Cell is Renown for its Efficiency and I have to believe that it does indeed Work as he says.... but I have a hard time swallowing "WHY" he says it works as good as it does.
and sense there is more than ONE or 2 cells of his Design in existence now all putting out the same Horrendous amount...it no longer is a matter of faith, but fact.
...
Personally I think his toride Coil addition is a joke...
but the Resonating PWM is brilliant...
and I think it and his sell alone are responsible for the output.
...
and if this is true, then it is possible to easily reduce water into its gaseous parts!
so ....Over-Unity ? it sure looks like it to me ! however imposable that may be!

Bob,
....
.as it equates to 10 amps at 120v and using my old stand by of the 10:1 ratio that cell should produce 1LPM not 41LPM.
...
Don't forget that 1200 Watts also equates to 12 Volt at 100 Amp. What kind of output would you expect to get from that ?

Ahh Haa!!! ! Good man Manta ! and Happy New year to You and yours !
Well, that changes things a bit... but not much...
because the O'l standby of 10:1 would say that if a 100amp(or equivalent)was used, that would still only produce 10LPM...
not his claimed 41LPM....which is 4 times the normal amount !
...
Looks like I got me Sums wrong once again... aurgh!...anyway, nevertheless...its still more output
than can be normally extracted using the same amount of power.
...so it's still Remarkable!
...
If I can gather up some funds I am going to try and build one of his cells again...the one described
although I do not plan on a super fancy PWM the cell alone should prove to me something is going on ....if by chance the cell produces 41LPM without his fancy PWM (which I expect it might) then the harmonic BS is dis proven.... if it doesn't then it Proves the Harmonic BS is valid.
....
this will take me a LONG TIME, because I don't have much money to throw around for parts. otherwise I could have it up and running in a week ! LOL
...
If any of you have a cell of similar configuration, "a series cell" please post your findings of it!
...(all my cells have been of the Parallel configuration...)
...
