I made one of these a year or so ago.  I am not sure if I hooked it up correct, I could put
voltage into the O2 wire but it never did what I wanted it to do. (Increase my mileage with my
HHO)  Any way I removed my HHO unit last winter but not the EFIE.

Sooo earlier this week I tried to mess with the EFIE again.
It runs a little richer than I wanted when its cold, so for some reason, when the EFIE was off
I adjusted it back a little and my AFR gauge went back too   humm  so I adjusted it back more,
Lo-and behold It did what I wanted.

Took it out for a test drive and I was able to even make it quit running, adjust it forward alittle bit
and it runs fine. yea. success.

Will have to try HHO again.

Do you have a schmatic on that thing you made up CRB ? sounds like it has allot of range to it!
sounds like what I need <grin>
....
My Matt valve works fine with HHO but is realy touchy without the generator installed in the truck
.... I'ed like to be able to be sure its adjusted correctly...if you know what I mean ! HAHAHAHA

Bob,
If you guys are referring to the 'Poor Man's EFEI' that was designed by Bing (Klaus Fisher), I have the plans.
Not sure if they're on my pc or not, but I do have the printed page (dirty, but readable).
I took the simple design & made 'two in one' since I've got a v6. Think it cost me $15 for all the parts. It has always
worked perfectly. It's range is from 0-450 mv..
If I can't find a saved file, I'll draw one up and post it if you'd like.

No problem. If I find the actual drawing, I'll post it. I e-mailed Bing & asked him to send me a copy.

Of course, this is for a 4 cyl or inline six. For a V6 or V8, you simply build one for each side. I'll take a picture of my 'Dual' EFIE for clarification.
I noted in one of my other posts that I re-installed my EFIE today. It works well with the FS2.

CRB,
Just out of curiosity, where did you get the schematics from?

Lee, here is one that I put together and doesn't use a battery.

Hey HT! Yeah, I saw that one after I'd already built the 1st one that Bing designed.
Funny thing is, I've never bothered to turn it off and the batteries are still fine after 6 months!

Hydrotinkerer:
Hay Guy ! good to see ya again ! and thanks for the post of that Schmatic...
makes sense to make it from a voltage regulator as you want a steady voltage adjustment !
.... But I'm not sure I follow the drawing... tiz a bit small ....
scratch that I found a way to blow it up so I could read it ! KOOL THANKS !

...
