Ok, here are my results from the lpm test. Sorry it took so long to post, just didn't get around to it. Test was rather dissapointing, thought it would do better. As i said I got a "whoosh" after plugging the output with my finger for 3-5 seconds. Took a full 2 liter bottle upside down in a bucket of water, ran a hose into it and turned on the cell. Timed it with a sweep second hand on a clock, I have no stop watch. To fully empty the bottle took 3min, 45sec. By my figuring that's just over 1/2 lpm. I had to hold the bottle down, if I let go of it it would pop the bottle completely out of the water in about 30sec, however if I did that the bottle would be less than full by the time it popped out. Think I'll do the balloon test and see what that does. Also, I am going to dilute the Elyte mix again. Was driving yesterday and after about 20-30min of driving my amp draw climbed to 30, the connections at the cell were pretty hot even though the wires were just slightly warm and the container was getting hot to the touch. Not so hot you could not hold your hand against it comfortably though. I am afraid that if I left it on for an extended period of time it would just keep getting hotter and the amp draw would keep increasing. I have a 30 amp breaker in the system so I think the breaker would pop before any damage was done. At the time the cell connections were hot I also checked the breaker and relay, just like the wires they were just barely warm it at all. Wiring is 10ga solid copper. The only other thing is that when the amp draw hit 30 the ammeter on the dash display was almost pegged. I did feel the voltage regulator though and it was not overly hot so...........
Anyhoo, there ya go. I have some questions on pwm's so I'll post those in the pwm sect.
Later, Jim.

Yah I admit that is fairly dissipointing... I got 0.57LPM by my calculations as well... which ain't very good...BUT at what AMPS?
the key is the amperage... 1/2LPM at 5 amps is fantastic 1/2LPM at 20amps is bad....
yes I've had the amperage climb like that myself and deluteing it is the best way to go I think in my 1 gal cell container I had to almost empty the thing and fill with distilled/deminerilized water to drop the amps by 5 amps!.... what happened was I wasted alot of stuff in the proccess
so I sujest you dump the cell out completely, flush it out with the garden hose real good and then mix a new batch but keep it lighter this time...
I was using about 2 teaspoons KOH to a gallon to achieve a 20 amp draw
but as the weather warmed up at the end of my daily trip it was drawing 30 amps and throwing my 30 amp breaker... so I re set it to 15 amps cold... and the highest it ever got after that was 18 to 20amps hot...
this was with 2 "Randy cells" in series BTW and I was getting a little
over 2LPM at 20 amps Hot.... but it wasn't getting HOT anymore even in 110 degree summer heat...under the hood! so I ran it like that for most of the summer...
...
... A single "Randy cell" will get you 2LPM at 20 amps... I suggest you try to make one... their kind'a hard to make but they work very well indeed. plans are in the generator plans section for free. (thanks to Randy)
...
yah... I'ed say thats dissapointing...
on the LPM bucket test, I just guided the bottle, without putting pressure eather way on it... and cept the bottom down underwater
I alwayse started with about 1/4cup of air in  the 2 liter bottle because they have that much air in them normially when full of the soft drink.... so the 2liter bottle actually holds a tad more than 2 liters
so I just evened it out before I started, and it helped the bottle to float. I timed it on my stop watch and stopped when the first bubble excaped from the full container.
this will give you a good indicator of the output your getting... and boggle your mind when you realise some people have seen 5LPM from a single cell !!!! WOW !   that is a bunch of gas comeing out a little hose UH ! HAHAHAHAHA.
