A little bit to introduce myself and say hi to all you folks. My name is Jim and as reflected in my handle my vehicle is a International harvester 4x4 pickup, 1971, model 1110 with a 345 v8.
I have been reading about the hydroxy generators for some time now. I have built one so far and am now working on my second one, it shouldn't be much longer until I have it on. What I am working on now is a design using ss condiment cups in an open bath, namely a 1 gallon glass jar. My first one was basically the same, Just using more cups and wiring them a little differently. The previous design was set up running in manifold vacuum, it was a design from another forum, searcypress.com and it did produce hydroxy, although not to much as it seemed and I never got any mileage gain out of it. I'm thinking that is because the production was fairly low. I am extremely interested in hydrotech's setup since he, as near as I can tell, is running his in vacuum as well since he has the gas being introduced into the manifold by hose barbs located by each intake valve.
Anyway, lots of good stuff on this forum and am really looking forward to the time I can replace much of my gas use with hydroxy. Later, Jim.

Welcome Jim glad to have you with us !
at the present time there isn't very many plans in the PLANS section
but I am hoping the guys will add some in the near future... we have lots of experimenters here .
I also have a bunch of condiment cups that I have yet to use in a cell... I was thinking for my motorcycle mostly because of the compact size of the cups/plates  as they should fit nicely in a 2" o.d.tube and thats just about right for my motorcycle!
...
the "Randy Cell" is a proven design and if you have the stainless steel washers I sujest you make a Randy cell ...as it works very, very good!
...
 good luck to ya !
and welcome to the Forum!

Welcome binderguy!  I'm a fan of the old Internationals too.  I became one after a buddy of my told me he had a "big block four cylinder".  I called him a dumbass, then he proved to me how dumb I was.  Ever since I saw a half machined V-8 sitting under the hood I loved them.  I am the resident troll.  I have few opinions, good or bad, and I'm not currently running a generator.  My last, and only, generator was a coiled wire type and I don't promote them.  Though they do produce a decent amount of hho, other plans are more beneficial.  I can say the same about the condiment cup type, but my only knowledge is from research, not application.  Welcome to the board and I hope any and all questions you have are answered.  If it's not answered, I hope it raises more questions.  This board does not revolve around facts, it lives through theory and until we truly understand everything it will continue to do so.  As long as you understand that the only fact we support is that electricity produces hydrogen you'll get along fine.  We love and encourage new ideas, and all of our criticism is meant to be constructive.  With that being said, my welcome is complete.  It is nice to have a fresh name in here that is being proactive with the technology.

...This board does not revolve around facts,...

Cowboy.
Got to disagree with you here. Smiley  Facts are all that matter.
Problem seems to be making the theory fit the observed facts.
I love theory.  but it has to lead to experimental proof or it is of no value.
The 'theory of everything' seems to be as far away in hydroxy as it is in physics.

I dunno, the facts in hydroxy production have changed pretty steadily since I got into it a couple of years ago.  And the more we test, the more we change.  I think it's great that we're all open to the changes, but that is why I keep it classified as theory.  One day we will have all of the facts narrowed down, and making a generator will be a simple science.  But hey, even science has been proven to have the wrong facts from time to time.

so its going to be a while till I can get back to that B&S !
sorry !
