Hi Ya. been lurking around a site called beawindhog.com they work with graphite plates they run so cool they have to heat the water. i think from my experance this would be a great use for two or three of those randy cells. they use a 1000 watt auto amp. with pulsing square wave to power them. kind of interesting.                                                                                                                                                 I just do what the little voices tell me!

I'm a newby to the hydrogen thing and trying real hard to get something going. I have a couple of designs in work and hope to be able to start the cleansing process this week-end. One of the things that has caused me problems is where do I find all the parts and pieces. Right now I am looking for a dash mount ammeter with a range to about 40 amps. I hope I never need full range but the safety margin would be nice.

Beside the question of does anyone have any suggestions on where to find an ammeter like this it would be nice to have a "Parts and pieces" section broken down into sub catagories like: Instruments, metal, fittings, connectors... I live in South Texas near the end of the world and the internet is a way of life, sometimes irritating and time consuming but that's it.

Would really appreciate any suggestions and I like the site,

Bob,

Thanks for the parts section. It has already been helpful.

I have my first generator cookin but am already thinking about ways to improve it One of the problems I often see posted and is my concern also is space under the hood. Granted I have a lot more space than most but it is still tight. My project vehicle is an F-150 S cab with a in bed tool box so why not ? I have not read of anyone using it. Any thought, considerations or ideas?

It's gonna take some pretty impressive wiring, depending on how many amps you need. You may want to add an extra battery back there also.

Soon as I get mine the way I like it thats where its going.

Odd you should mention a tool box like that ... I put in my order with the WIFE for one on my wish list... I'll run #4 Wire/cable to it and have it all protected under lock and key ! and out of sight!
...
I think its a great idea !... as there realy isn't enough room undr the hood !

Sure glad to see there are others thinking along the same line. I was beginning to think I was trying to do something others knew should not be done and I just did not know better. Thanks for the input, the extra battery is a real good idea.

I live in S Texas and it goes from hot to hotter here so I am concerned about heat build up. A generator, battery and S Tx sun in an enclosed aluminum box I believe can get close to 200 f so I will need a powered vent system too. Trying to decide how to do that also.

Now all I need is really good system to put in it.
