It's not that my drycells are freezing. I have 2 ATV oil heating pads under the mounting plate I made so they don't freeze. My issue is it's been under Freezing for the past 2 weeks here almost. I have enough KOH In the bubler right now that if it ever get's above freezing I'll have a 50 amp cold start almost. But I'm struggling to make 2 1/2lpm with this solution in this frigid ass weather cause after 30 minutes of driving I'm not even at 25 amps. Start out it's like 20amps. Before start out was 30 amps when it was above freezing. THIS SUCKS.......................

INDEED ! cold weather takes a completely different electrolyte mix... and then if it warms up suddenly your amps will go through the roof...
thats why I was thinking of using Manta's Suggestion and using a "Current Limiter"
and running a higher concentration of electrolyte to begin with !..
I think it would cure this problem...
have the current limiter set for say 40 amps and the electrolyte set for say 60 to 80 amps
the current limiter will assure that the cells do not craw any more than 40 amps even though the electrolyte would really allow much higher amp draw...
... the problem is making the "Current Limiter" to handle the amperage!
