Here is how I wired my generator
only thing diferent is there is 3 cells here where I only have one
at the moment...but should soon remedy that!

Sense the Pic above I have completed 3 cells and mounted them all in the same container
useing the same electrolite for all the cells the cells are spaced a good 2" appart inside
the container.
...
In running the cell on my 1995 Toyota R-22 EFI truck I got an imediate improvement of gas milage
before I ran the Hydroxy generator I put a short piece of thin tubeing over the only O2 sensor on the truck(just after the cat converter)
and I achieved a gain from 22mpg and 24mpg up to and above 40mpg !
However it was short lived as the weeks went by the gas milage slowly dropped to my dismay.. and I finally reached only 27mpg.... while the gasmilage was slowly dropping I adjusted the AFM or Mass air flow sensor to give me a leaner condition throughout the throttle responce. I noticed about a 2mpg improvement at the time when the milage had dwindled to about 35mpg and it went up to about 37 or 38MPG
.... shortly there after the Cell almost stopped working completely , as I had noticed the slow decline in output all along.... so I desided to find out why...
I flushed it, and flushed it and cleaned it and ran vinegar through it and then put in Lemon aid to help clean it up... and it did help a great deal.... but my LPM output was still fairly low...
so I switched the wireing and after cleaning it out again, and installing KOH and distilled water
I ran it for about 4 days that way... there was an improvement but it was obvious to me the output was still very low... So I desided to try the Muric Acid method of cleaning the cell
I put in about 95% Muric Acid and a Squirt of water... and let it set for 30 minutes...
it didn't look like it was doing much so I left it in longer than normal.... I then syphoned out the Acid and looked inside and it looked just like it had ...then I flushed it out with a garden hose and man did I get gunk out of it then !....
looked inside again and every thing was shinnie and new looking !!!!!!
...I thought great ! and put Distilled water in it and prepaired to add the KOH and fired it up and let it run a sec.... only to find the cell was already drawing More than the curcuit breaker could handle !
over 30 amps ! on plane Distilled water !!!!
that cought me off guard so I had to go think on that a while...
I thought I might have desolved a insulator or something sense I had the Muric acid in there so long
... but I desided to try and switch the wireing back to series and try that....
To my amazement that did the trick, the cell was drawing about 5 amps cold on just water
so I added KOH till I reached about 15 amps and left it at that....
the output looked greatly improved, probly 3/4 to 1LPM when it is still very cold so thats good
as when it warms up it should double maybe even tripple in output...
so I SHOULD have my 40 MPG back... maybe a touch more sense I adjusted the air sensor sense the last time I had 40MPG....
...Time will tell I suppose...
I don't like the way the KOH changed color while I was adding it... the water turned coffee brown
...and thats not good...
but it would be a complete waste to drain it out and add new distilled water and KOH...
but I probly should !

Well, that didn't quite turn out as planned eather....
I re-adjusted the air sensor to another 2 teeth to the leaner position and drove about 130 miles and
oddly my gas milage was at about 30 to 32mpg !
... I figured sense I was hauling heavy loads and fighting slow trafic for long periods of time that I'ed try it again, in the mean time I bought a 40 amp auto re-setting Curcuit breaker to replace the 30 amp one with that kept being tripped.... ran a few more trips and the gas milage is still about 30mpg... which to me just don't make sense unless the computer was slow in learning after the first initial 40mpg... I kind'a expect the milage to slowly come up because of the better LPM now and less gasoline used... but it hasn't yet...
so I'm kind'a puzzeled at the moment....
...
I think I will add a Bypass hose past the air sensor Like Randy's Cuzzin' did ...I just don't think the Air adjustment is doing much to tell the truth!

Another trick for all to try:
If you need more amps to run your cell you can stack circuit breakers, Example two 20amps dc circuit breakers will hold 40 amps etc. Make sure your wire & alt. can handle to added amps.
